| Eagle Feather has called a Pow Wow for the spring. This was to be the gathering for well over a hundred visitors. He planned to make me, Buffalo Turning, his successor. The people also came for the Sun Dance, and the Buffalo Spirit Dance. It was hopeful that all would go well, but then again, Buffalo Horn would be there and his hate was beyond reason. How would I, as new Chief, deal with the different events that would come to pass? |
| Even the Medicine Man does not know what will happen next... Eagle Feather’s Legacy reaches further than he or anyone else ever expected. His own grandson becomes his apprentice. His care and love for his people grows each day, and an old man who appeared to be on the brink of death now looks forward to each new day. New visitors bring new ideas, and I am savoring each new discovery. All is peaceful, everything is wonderful, yet there is always something that will crop up to let you know to watch out! |
